CBP Hosts IEEPA Duty Refunds Webinar on Wednesday, April 15, at 2:30 p.m. ET

The Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Office of Trade on Wednesday, April 15, at 2:30 p.m. ET, will host a webinar on IEEPA Duty Refunds. 

On Friday, April 10, CBP issued guidance about the upcoming Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) deployment to launch the process to request refunds for duties imposed under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA). CBP said this webinar will review the process under the ACE Consolidated Administration and Processing of Entries (CAPE), from submission of the CAPE Declaration to issuance of an IEEPA refund.

CBP said all registrants will receive the access link for the webinar the day of the event, but entry into the webinar is on a first-come, first-served basis as seats are limited. After the live event, this and other previously recorded webinars will be available for replay at Trade Outreach Webinars | U.S. Customs and Border Protection (cbp.gov).
